Delete your account and data

To delete your UP!Terra account and the personal data associated with it, send us a deletion request by email:

How to request deletion

Email us at support@crewmedya.com with the subject "UP!Terra Data Deletion Request". Please include:

your leaderboard display name, and/or
the email address you used to sign in (Google/Apple), if any.

We will confirm your request within a few days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in link (Google/Apple);
Your display name and all leaderboard entries;
Analytics data associated with your player ID;
Any server-side game data associated with your account.

What may be kept

Purchase and transaction records, for as long as tax and commercial law require;
Support correspondence, for as long as needed to handle requests;
Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.

Note: uninstalling the app deletes your local game save, but it does not delete your server-side account or leaderboard data. If you want everything removed, request account deletion first, then uninstall.
